Deadline: 4 August 2019
The Australian Embassy in Lisbon is currently inviting all eligible organizations to apply for grants under the 2019-2020 Direct Assistance Program for Cape Verde, Sao Tome and Principe and Guinea Bissau.
The Direct Assistance Program (PAD) is a small development program, funded by the Australian Government and managed by the Foreign Affairs and Trade Department (DFAT) diplomatic missions, which works directly with communities in developing countries. It focuses on supporting small-scale aid activities that deliver practical and tangible results.
The PAD supports the local community’s efforts to reduce poverty and involves a broad range of partners, including nongovernmental organizations, community groups, educational institutions, health institutions and local governments.
