Expected Outcomes
- Support the planning and execution of state-level training, including developing content, facilitating sessions, and building capacity of state-level trainers.
- Ensure effective implementation of grade-wise life skill activities under Ananda Parisar during school hours in identified schools.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide on-ground mentoring, demonstrate activities, and collect feedback from teachers and students.
- Document case studies, success stories, and implementation insights from schools to inform scale-up.
- Provide hands-on capacity building to teachers and nodal officials in schools to enhance facilitation skills and understanding of life skills pedagogy.
