[September 2021]
Let’s fulfill our responsibility and help make sure our democracy works.
The International Day of Democracy gives a chance to people to come forward, promote and consolidate democracy globally. It allows you to express yourself for the betterment of your country.
This year’s theme, ‘Strengthening democratic resilience in the face of future crises,’ will focus on building back from the crisis triggered by COVID-19 while keeping in mind the rule of law, respect for international standards, right to access justice, remedies, and due process.
Contributing to this day, we have created a listing on unique democracy funds and a compilation of top donors for NGOs, helping to strengthen the voice of civil society, supports human rights, and advances the participation of all groups in democratic processes.
