(July 2021)
With this year’s World Youth Skills Day theme, ‘Reimagining Youth Skills Post-Pandemic,’ Let’s celebrate the incredible resilience, adaptability, and creativity of young people through the COVID-19 crises.
On 15 July, World Youth Skills Day is celebrated to recognize the importance of equipping young people with skills that can enhance their ability to make informed choices regarding employment.
There is a need to empower and realize the full potential of youth in a multi-dimensional way to overcome the unemployment challenge prevalent in society. Therefore, several international organizations and foundations are helping NGOs through their grants, training, and skill development programs to develop specific skills among youth to solve their problems in a practical, simple, and pragmatic manner.
